Love Grows for the
Billie Love Downtown Statue

Come for an informative presentation by Jim Pannell and Nancy Rebal on Billie Love and the progress toward establishing the first female downtown bronze statue in her honor.

The Billie Love Statue Committee Chair Jim Pannell, and Art Director Nancy Rebal, will bring Kinsloe House an update on the fundraising efforts of this important bronze statue – along with plans for the design and realizable locations.

Working with Parks and Recreation Director Sharla Allen, Nancy and Jim are identifying the most important elements of the bronze, researching and narrowing the list of potential sculptors, learning about the complex world of creating these statues, and receiving input from those who knew and worked with Billie Love.
