My vision for our group is to foster an environment where every member feels valued, supported, and empowered. I plan to build on the fantastic work already done and introduce new initiatives to help us grow individually and collectively.

I enjoy being a member of Kinsloe House because it brings friends together for fun & fellowship. Kinsloe reaches out to the community, involving women in areas they might not otherwise be involved with.

As Co-Chair of the Membership Committee I am dedicated to helping our Kinsloe House membership feel welcome, appreciated, and an important component in making our 87th year successful. It is my honor and privilege to serve.

Each year, the Kinsloe Program/Yearbook is a team effort that links our members to other members, business advertisers, and important program information. As Program/Yearbook chair, I am honored to be part of this effort.

The Program/Yearbook Committee works diligently to provide our members, prospective members, and advertisers with a comprehensive handbook and a road map to what Kinsloe offers, the purpose of our organization, and how we are governed.

I am honored to help guide an organization that fosters connection, empowerment, and personal growth for the women of Corsicana and beyond. Kinsloe House serves as a vibrant space where members can share ideas, engage in meaningful community service, and have fun!

My role ensures that our meetings are well-organized, transparent, and that every voice is heard and preserved in our official records. Beyond the minutes, I witness firsthand the camaraderie, creativity, and dedication that make our club so special.

I am honored to serve in a leadership role at Kinsloe House. We learn through our programs, have fun at our many events, and serve our community with pride.

My role as Treasurer puts me at the intersection of many aspects of Kinsloe House. I record our financial history and focus on future needs. While I appreciate our traditions, I am equally enthused about new ideas, new members, and new ways to support our community!

Debra Ballard has been the foundation of a well-run meeting house for almost 40 years, rising to the House/Kitchen Manager in 2019. She delights in bringing tastes to our table with an eye on efficiency, graciously managing daily interruptions while still producing superb meals each week.
